Description
Well established company, great culture

  • Privately owned, stable business
  • Excellent rem & benefits available

Our client is a software reseller & implementer who have a strong reputation for the quality of their solutions & service & a first class reputation for their professional services & support function.

With demand for implementations with new clients growing, as well as an increased appetite for upgrades from existing customers this business is currently stronger than ever, they are now looking for strong ERP Functional Consultants (Ideally with Sage X3 experience or Sage Intacct experience or similar - e.g. Myob, Xero, Attaché, Pronto etc.)

These are classic Functional Consulting roles. The priority is becoming a trusted advisor through the full life-cycle in regards to implementations.

So aside of classic scoping/shaping of requirements & documenting them efficiently you will also be involved in configuration & the development & delivery of end-user training before hand-over to support/customer success.

You will work end to end & have the chance to build your skills in the Pre-Sales space as you help ensure what is sold will deliver & meet your client needs.

This role is truly end to end Implementation & Upgrade Consulting, working with a broad range of clients across ( predominantly ) the Eastern States ( e.g.

NSW, VIC, QLD ) this is a varied & engaging opportunity where you will become a key individual, able to offer suggestions & influence improvements over time within the business.

My client is well established & with thousands of live customers across Australia.

Whilst utilisation is a key metric they are also focused around customer experience & the quality of the implementation / delivery & how effectively you work as part of a broader team.

Depending on the product, project & client, the sales cycle is anywhere between 2-6 months, with the length of implementations between 3-12 months.

As the business continues to grow (3500 clients+ and counting) so do the projects, their size, value & complexity and are more of fully fledged (end-2-end) ERP implementations.

In return my client offers first class training & professional development & a long-term view of your life with them as a Consultant.

They are not a short-term business, invest in their people & they do NOT burn their Consultants out. Aside of salary etc. there are initiatives to develop your professional skills, weekend breaks etc.

& raft of small rewards that will recognise your contribution to the business, my client has excellent retention levels & this a reflection of the care taken with their staff.

Regarding working model there is flexibility to work from home on a regular basis but initially whilst you are getting up to speed with the business, it's processes, building relationships internally & externally & getting any training you need it would be expected that you would be able to attend the office more frequently as you get up to speed.

Culturally, the business is supportive & flexible, lots of the business staff have families & life outside of work as you would expect & you will find the company very accommodating around these areas.

These are superb roles, working for a well established firm, with superb leadership & who are a company who truly invest in their people, this is a successful, balanced business that looks for the same in it's new hires.
