The Company


A leading provider of global investment technology which operate in real time multi-asset class portfolio modelling, management and accounting solutions supporting the front, middle, and back-office for Hedge Funds and Asset Managers.


The Role


This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Product Implementation Manager to join the team in Sydney and take ownership of several concurrent client-facing projects encompassing new platform implementations and managing upgrades and new requests for existing clients for their Accounting platform.


Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with multiple internal team varying from Sales, Product Management, Development and Client Services across multiple regions for delivery of pre and post sales implementation projects.
  • Gather requirements to architect and delivery of solutions across onboarding of new and existing clients.
  • Run independent training and consultative sessions across multiple users from C level staff to front office and operations users.
  • Work independently and as part of larger project teams to implement initiatives across the platform or a combination of company products.
  • Liaise with 3rd Parties (Executing Brokers, PB's, Custodians, Fund Admins and other software vendors) as part of client onboarding.
  • Document best practices and industry guidelines across multiple product workflows.

What we are looking for:


  • 510 years of professional experience in the Financial services industry.
  • Experience in dealing with and implementing multiple asset classes (Equities, Futures, Options, Fixed Income, FX, Fund of Funds, Private Equity).
  • Understanding of the trade lifecycle and key regulatory changes and industry trends across relevant client markets.
  • Able to work across multiple projects simultaneously of varying complexities alongside being an escalation point with designated modules.
  • Knowledge of SQL or other programming query languages is preferred (C++/Java/Python).
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable using CRM or project management platform.
  • Able to travel to client offices where required.
  • Prior experience in working Hedge Fund / Portfolio Accounting Software is preferred
  • Preferred languages alongside English: Cantonese / Mandarin.
