    What you'll do


    1. Support the definition of the Commercial Sustainability strategy and priorities across People, Planet, and Product
    2. Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial and customer-focused change to drive our brand values
    3. Manage projects within the program including (but not limited to) planning, organizing, reporting, marketing, financial, resource constraints, process as well as leading, and controlling project activities
    4. Lead a portfolio of sustainability-related regulatory compliance readiness activities across our business ecosystem
    5. Prepare and maintain project controls including scope, schedule, resources, risks, and project deliverables

    What you'll bring


    A self-starter with the ability to navigate new and complex problems and projects

    Strong influencing and negotiation skills

    Strong facilitation and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to a diverse range of stakeholders

    Change management capability with the ability to navigate a complex stakeholder landscape

    Project management experience with a passion for sustainability and appetite to your and others' sustainability knowledge
