    The Role:

    This organisation is seeking a motivated and organised Administration and Leasing Officer to join their Lease Management Team. Reporting into the Manager - Lease Management, you will play a key role in providing administrative support ensuring efficient and effective operations. Responsibilities of the role include:
    • Provide general administrative support to Lease Managers
    • Assist in the creation, distribution, and maintenance of files
    • Liaise with relevant internal stakeholders
    • Maintain accurate records and databases

    Your Profile:

    • Proven experience in office administration
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience on an eDRMS
