    About the role:
    As an Administration Officer your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Demonstrate high level professionalism and customer service whilst communicating with internal and external stakeholders; providing information and advice in line with school policies and/or Principal directives; and demonstrating empathy, emotional understanding and support
    • Proficient in word processing, data base and spread sheet documents
    • Interpreting departmental and school policies, guidelines and ensuring legislative and procedural requirements are met
    • Other duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the Business Manager, or nominated delegate.

    Highly desirable skills and experience;

    • Working with OneSchool
    • Proven ability to work independently and harmoniously within a team environment to achieve quality outcomes
    • Efficient multi-tasker with effective time management skills
    • Demonstrated high level of communication skills
    • Ability to use your professional discretion in your role
