This role will start on a temp basis but should you prove to be a standout in the role there is a permanent vacancy for the taking.

Day to day you will be part of a high functioning team of 4-5, your day to day will look like:

  • Coding, authorising, processing all invoices
  • Monthly account reconciliation and chase up outstanding invoices from suppliers
  • Follow up all invoices/POs internally weekly
  • Follow up suppliers and staff internally for queries on invoices
  • Update & maintain PO templates
  • Update & maintain suppliers in SAP
  • Weekly and monthly payment runs
  • Close off at month end
  • Accounts Payable/Balance sheet reconciliations for month end close off
  • Accounts Payable month end accrual
  • General journals
  • Adhoc reports when requested


To be successful in this role you will have relevant experience in a similar role, high energy and great teamwork.
