Are you looking to kickstart your career in the Education Industry? Work with a leading school, that prides itself on its warm, friendly and social environment.

Work three days a week, from 8:30 am -3:00 pm for 40 weeks per year.


The Role:

This newly created role in a school will be supporting the teaching and learning space, and working closely with the Personal Assistant


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Booking student and parentteacher meetings
  • Liaising with teachers, students and parents
  • Calendar management
  • Assisting with events
  • Drafting correspondence
  • Assisting with parentteacher interviews
  • Assisting with exam preparation
  • Ahdoc administration tasks

To Be Successful:


  • Prior experience working in a school is beneficial
  • Customer service or administration experience
  • Flexible and willing to help when needed
  • Warm and friendly demeanour
  • A calm approach and solutions focused
