Work three days a week, from 8:30 am -3:00 pm for 40 weeks per year.The Role:
This newly created role in a school will be supporting the teaching and learning space, and working closely with the Personal Assistant
Your responsibilities will include:
- Booking student and parentteacher meetings
- Liaising with teachers, students and parents
- Calendar management
- Assisting with events
- Drafting correspondence
- Assisting with parentteacher interviews
- Assisting with exam preparation
- Ahdoc administration tasks
To Be Successful:
- Prior experience working in a school is beneficial
- Customer service or administration experience
- Flexible and willing to help when needed
- Warm and friendly demeanour
- A calm approach and solutions focused
