Temporary with a view to extend

  • Up to $32 per hour
  • CBD located
Immediately available Customer Service opportunity located in the CBD. Join this stable, supportive team that will offer training and encouragement to ensure you can provide exceptional service.

Initial training is on site with team then it will move to more flexible 3 days in office/2 days from home model with great hours of 8-4 or 9-5.

Use your strong communication and organisational skills to handle calls through to resolution and watch your career grow and develop through this interesting and unique business.


The role:

  • Build a strong and sustainable relationship with customers
  • Identify customer needs and assist accordingly
  • KPI focused to ensure you feel your are performing at your best
  • Other duties as directed by the internal supervisor

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • Confident personality
  • Clear and strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent phone manner and professionally presented
  • Previous call centre experience required
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Reliable and thorough
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a dynamic setting.
