    Debt Administrator
    12 month contract

    Sydney
    $40- $50p/h + super

    There organization is a leading entity in the local government sector, dedicated to providing high-quality services and solutions to our community. We manage diverse property portfolios aimed at enhancing the infrastructure and development of our region.

    Position Overview:
    We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team, specializing in property portfolio management. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently organizing and maintaining property records, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and utilizing the TRIM system for documentation and data management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and maintain property portfolios efficiently.
    • Chase up Debt and manage the debt process.
    • Organize and update property records, including leases, agreements, and maintenance schedules.
    • Coordinate communication between various stakeholders, including tenants, landlords, and internal departments.
    • Utilize the TRIM system for drafting memos, managing documents, and ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence related to property management.
    • Provide administrative support to the property management team as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in property management or related administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in using the TRIM system or similar document management software.
    • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations pertaining to property management (preferred).

    Previous Experice:

    MUST

    have experiance in drafting memos using TRIM
    Worked strong understanding of Debt and the the process of debt recovery.
