    Job Description

    EMBRACING THE RED BULL ON PREMISE CULTURE

    As the National On Premise Event Manager, you will embody the Red Bull On Premise culture and Art Of Musketeering spirit, fostering a proactive attitude and focusing on opportunities over obstacles. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will actively promote Red Bull within the team and the On Premise network.

    STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF ON PREMISE EVENT MARKETING

    You will be in charge of implementing international marketing guidelines tailored to the local market's needs. By executing the regional strategy to enhance Red Bull's presence across events, you will contribute to the On Premise business plan while assessing event outcomes. Moreover, you will keep an eye on market trends and seek potential business prospects.

    ENHANCING AVAILABILITY & ENGAGEMENT AT EVENTS

    Your role involves identifying new opportunities within the events landscape, maintaining current partnerships, and elevating Red Bull's presence through marketing initiatives at events. Managing POS tools allocation, ensuring their proper placement, and training On Premise teams for top-tier activations are also part of your responsibilities. Innovating new marketing approaches to drive consumer engagement is key.

    STRATEGIC NETWORKING AND INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT

    You will expand a robust network of external promoters, influencers, decision makers, and local stakeholders, leveraging Industry Marketing strategies to strengthen connections and collaborations.

    EXECUTING RED BULL EVENTS

    Utilizing the global Red Bull events portfolio, you will organize and execute local socializing events, utilizing Red Bull's marketing assets effectively. Collaboration with various teams to localize event assets and develop impactful consumer activations is crucial to enhance event outcomes.

    Qualifications

    Minimum of 3 years experience in sales and/or events.

    Deep understanding of the event industry and a broad network.

    Excellent planning and project management skills.

    Ability to foster a collaborative team environment.

    Outstanding communication skills, including presentations and training.

    Availability to work on weekends and evenings.
