    About Our Client

    Michael Page Technology is excited to be partnering with a leader within the Infrastructure sector to recruit a newly created senior management position - Senior Manager, Operational Integration.

    Job Description

    The Senior Manager, Operational Integration will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing processes to manage resource demand
    • Defining and leading systems and consistent processes that ensure contracted support services are delivered to contracted SLA/KPI's and performance requirements
    • Leading, defining and implementing improvements in the way in which operational systems are managed, maintained and supported
    • Leading and delivering improvements to cyber security capability
    • Building and leading ongoing stakeholder relationships
    • Providing strategic input, planning and leadership
    • Leading high performing teams of technical and engineering experts ensuring systems are available, maintained and supported

    The Successful Applicant

    As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:

    • 10-15 years experience within the Infrastructure sector - Water, Oil & Gas, Energy, Rail, Mining or Ports
    • Experience in a similar Senior Manager Operational Integration position
    • Experience managing high performing teams within an Operational environment
    • Excellent analytical, conceptual, technical and problem solving skills
    • Exceptional planning, organisational, written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Service and support contract management experience
    • Knowledge and fluency within ITIL and Engineering Change processes

    What's on Offer

    Newly created position. Senior management opportunity. Leader within the Infrastructure sector. Hybrid working. $250,000 to $280,000 package.
