    About Our Client

    • Our client is a leading global Media agency, specializing in events, digital products, and publications.
    • They own a portfolio of over 40 brands and operate from offices in Melbourne and Sydney.
    • Their primary focus is on expanding their digital department to enhance their online presence.

    Job Description

    • Support daily operations of the Digital Department.
    • Utilize Word Press and other CMS platforms to troubleshoot issues and introduce new features.
    • Develop customer service pathways on websites and establish registration portals for events.
    • Collaborate with Marketing and delivery teams on digital campaigns.
    • Conduct regular analysis of digital marketing assets to identify areas for improvement.

    The Successful Applicant

    • The ideal candidate should possess at least 2 years of experience and a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, including SEO, web management, and analytics.
    • Proficiency in Word Press, Google, and CMS systems is essential.
    • Experience in ecommerce analytics, social media, CX, and UX principles is required.
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital innovation.
    • Knowledge of Salesforce and Event Air is a plus.
