The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), the principal organisation representing the medical speciality of psychiatry in Australia and New Zealand, is seeking a Digital Projects Coordinator to join the Education and Training Department.


Reporting to the Digital Education Services Manager, this position supports the end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and changes to existing systems.

This role coordinates the development and delivery of projects and initiatives in relation to eLearning and online resources development, podcasts, and new and changed functionality for online systems.


This role has a specific focus to:

  • Coordinate and plan the transition to operations of new and changed InTrain and MyCPD features.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training initiatives and support resources.
  • Support and participate in testing of new features and systems.
  • Provide expert support and advice to internal and external stakeholders on functional aspects of InTrain, MyCPD and other Education systems and processes.
  • Work with Education business units to scope any change management processes and department requirements and liaise closely with other Digital Education Services staff to develop, publish, and support online help content for users of online systems.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, preferably Business or Information Technology related.
  • Sound experience in eliciting and implementing business requirements.
  • Sound understanding of project management.
  • Advanced skills using the MS Office suite, MS Visio and MS Project.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder and project management.
  • Excellent analysis, planning, organisational and time management skills.
