In conjunction with delivering its Vision strategy, David Jones is currently in the middle of a multi-faceted and organisational wide transformation as it transitions to new ownership.

In your role as Digital Coordinator, you will support the coordination of all digital activity in our David Jones stores.

Reporting into the Production Manager, you will support digital screen coordination and execution for campaigns and activities across all stores.

These screens are designed to present David Jones and vendor content to our customers to improve customer experience and drive sales.

We are looking for someone who thrives in an agile, fast-paced environment, is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and has experience with digital design and content management.

This opportunity will suit an organised and creative self-starter with a genuine passion for digital and retail.

Please note this is a limited tenure contract for 12 months.

What will the role involve?

Maintaining current scheduling of all digital screens to ensure campaigns launch on time
Ability to execute basic digital design work to support tactical campaigns
Coordinate the briefing of digital screen location, sizes and costs via vendor packs to be supplied to Marketing, Buying and all vendors
Work with brands to ensure artwork supplied is to current specifications
Work with digital vendors to ensure correct artwork is uploaded to the correct stores, on time
Work closely with Marketing to coordinate screen and rotation availability for each store location
Partner with Buying and Marketing to drive vendor relationships and suggest compatible vendors for digital screen locations
Manage the Content Management System alongside our primary digital supplier
Manage and report on subsidy collect budgets
Support the Production Manager as required with print and ticketing requests

What are we looking for?

Ability to execute basic digital design work
Degree in digital, design, marketing, or a related field
Knowledge of digital best practice
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
Strong attention to detail and able to execute highquality work under tight deadlines
Strong planning and organisational skills
