    About the roleWe are currently recruiting for aSenior Project Engineer - Civil.

    We are looking for an experienced project delivery professional to lead the technical aspects across multiple areas in the project management framework.

    You will be exposed to projects at every phase from tender through to delivery.

    This is your chance to be involved in a once-in-a-lifetime venture that will see you upgrade critical transmission infrastructure as part of the green energy transition.

    This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary on offer.

    Our projects, primarily involving civil, structural, and electrical scope, include transmission lines and substations with project values typically ranging between $5 M and $50 M.

    Projects may be based in metro Melbourne or in regional Victoria.
    When working regionally, there will be a 10:4 or 11:3 roster, and you will be paid a 25% salary uplift as well as a living away from home allowance

    Key Responsibilities include:


    Scoping, coordinating, and delivering projects from proposal through execution to close out, ensuring technical requirements are being fulfilled, as well as meeting scheduling, budgeting, and quality requirementsProviding overall technical leadership on engineering aspect projectsLeading and developing a team of PEs to deliver successful project outcomes, while creating a positive and collaborative work cultureManaging the allocation, utilization, and performance of PEs reporting to the roleSupporting the development of PEs reporting to the roleDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and subcontractors from the bidding phase through to project executionUnwavering commitment to delivering projects safelyAbout YouCivil Engineering or Construction related DegreeProject Management and/or Construction Management experience delivering design and construction worksExperience with managing all facets of project delivery across multiple projects from initiation to closeoutWe are a champion of equal opportunity employment and have committed to targets for gender equity and first nations representation in our workforce.
