    Description

    Join the Learning and Organisational Development Team at a critical time with many existing and new projects on the pipeline. We are looking for someone who is experienced in leading projects within a training or learning environments. You will be a superstar with establishing procedures, process and structures to enable us to deliver on multiple projects at once. This role will be supporting the entire learning and organisational development team bringing all projects together cohesively.

    • Apply your project skills and knowledge to various projects, from scoping and planning to delivery and evaluation in the L&OD space.
    • Coordinate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders on all learning project activities including, meetings with internal and external stakeholders, developing, gathering and collating project-related content, ensure project timelines and milestones are on track whilst working closely with team members accountable.
    • Work with subject matter experts, project leads and stakeholders, to support project delivery to ensure momentum and milestones are achieved.
    • Support with the planning of procurement activities and the end-to-end administration and complete the related documentation while working closely with the L&OD Manager, the internal procurement team and HR Divisions' executive officer.
    • Monitor and escalate emerging issues in a timely manner, oversee the maintenance of project register/s and records of stakeholder agreements.
    • Design and develop processes, tools (documentation) and resources to support efficient and effective project processes.
    • Coordinate and monitor project milestones using the Microsoft Planner app.
    • Monitor, evaluate and develop a project reporting dashboard and regularly report to the L&OD Manager and Chief Human Resource Officer.


    Candidate Attributes

    • Demonstrated experience in a project coordination role ideally within the Learning and Development or Human Resources Teams.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks/ processes with deadline and limited supervision
    • Experience working as a Learning and Development Specialist or Consultant is desirable but not essential.
    • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, ability to work with many stakeholders and juggle multiple competing priorities.
    • High level of oral and written communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills and methodologies, agile is highly desirable.
