WHAT YOU'LL DO
As Project Coordinator, you provide project instrumental support to the Project management team to ensure on-time and on-budget project delivery.
You will work closely with the project manager and Senior Project Manager ensuring projects are delivered with the highest level of al to Quality Assurance and Best Practices.
- Assisting with the coordination and delivery of projects to meet agreed timeframes;
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and controls managing by the contract requirements
- Manage controls of all revisions of project documents, drawings, specifications, and project correspondence
- Contribute to project documentation management and reporting
- Support in the preparation of client proposals, presentations, and due diligence reports
- Support with quality assurance activities

This role would suit a Graduate, project coordinator, or site engineer looking to make the transition into project management or advisory - coming from engineering, design, consulting, construction, or commerce.
It would be an advantage to have:
- Experience working on large-scale building, transport and/or infrastructure projects
- Experience working for a clientside firm or a main Tier 1 contractor/consultancy
- Strong attention to detail, problemsolving skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience managing multidisciplinary project teams of engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
