We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual Project Coordinator. This role will see you coordinate activities in support of our clients move to new CBD premises.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as the primary liaison ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of relocation and other projects reliant on Information Services resources.
  • Oversee both ICT and Facilities functions to ensure a smooth transition during building relocations.
  • Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on Information Service related activities and progress.
  • Gather project requirements, schedule IS resources, and track delivery against agreed timeframes.
  • Collaborate with external parties, such as network providers, Queensland Government Accommodation Office, and QBuild, to understand service and contract requirements and deliver services within specified timeframes.
  • Coordinate Information Service activities involved in decommissioning Central Business District (CBD) offices vacated due to relocation.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within an IS environment.
  • Knowledge of Facilities requirements and considerations during building relocations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly.
  • Strong problemsolving skills to identify and address issues proactively.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
