We are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator who has demonstrated experience in delivering IT business projects within the funds management or property industry.


Stakeholder management will be critical in this role, so we are seeking someone who is comfortable liaising with various stakeholder forums to provide advisory services.

About the Role

The IT Project Coordinator is a permanent, full time role.


Reporting to the Technology Delivery Manager, you will drive and deliver multiple IT & Business Projects while providing technical advice and collaboratively driving projects to successful completion.- Work with the business to ensure availability and commitment of project resources.- Manage and monitor progress of the project and report against plan/budget.- Help develop and deliver change management and training plans with the support of the broader IT Team.- Foster collaboration and communication within the Project Team, as well as with internal Cromwell's stakeholders and external partners.- Help manage project risks, as well as developing mitigation strategies.- Work with Business teams to effectively identify and document business, functional and technical requirements.- Identify key stakeholders and establish and maintain an effective governance project governance structure.- Ensure project effectively transitions project solutions into the IT support environment.
