Property and Development NSW is currently seeking a
Project Coordinator to join the Strategic Advisory Services Team.


Property and Development NSW (PDNSW) is responsible for the management and delivery of large scale or complex real estate projects, transactions, workplace strategy, design and delivery, including the management of the NSW Government's significant property portfolio.

Our services address the NSW Government's Priorities and State Outcomes by delivering optimal community benefit from government land and property including sustainable and productive outcomes for metro and regional industries and communities.


As a
Project Coordinator within the Strategic Advisory Services team, your role will support the management of projects to deliver strategic and innovative property solutions for NSW.

Your role will be to undertake a range of project activities supporting project delivery, to ensure quality outcomes are achieved for a variety of property types.

The Strategic Advisory Services team collaborates with all NSW Government agencies to deliver complex projects.

You could be working on projects like the NSW Government Property Audit, Manly Health and Wellbeing Precinct, the Grafton Gaol or the NSW Premier's Award-winning Brewarrina Correctional Centre.

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • excellent communication skills and the initiative to effectively deliver high quality individual and team-based work
- the ability to collaborate with other team members to solve issues and develop better processes and approaches to work.
- experience associated with real estate advisory, town planning, valuation, or property transactions and qualifications in the property field will be well regarded.
