    As a Senior Facilities Manager, you will be the point of contact for key stakeholders. You will lead a team to manage the daily client activities and have full oversight over site budgets, engineering maintenance and operations, contracts services, staff relocation, space planning, event management, purchasing of material, equipment & supplies, occupancy services, events and helpdesk.

    Are you a confident communicator who is creative, innovative and a strategic thinker? Do you like to improve processes and efficiency? Are you passionate about creating an engaging and collaborative workplace environment? If so, this could be the perfect role for you.

    To be successful you will be required to have the following:

    • Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities, preferably on the client side.
    • BA in facilities management or engineering
    • Experience working in a corporate facilities management environment
    • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
    • Experience in leading, mentoring and developing teams
