    Business Analyst - Financial Markets

    Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated functional Business Analyst with a deep understanding of financial markets. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward FM projects, strategic initiatives and acting as the key conduit between business and technology

    Qualifications:

    • 3 + years experience as a Business Analyst
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within the financial services industry, with a focus on financial markets.
    • Strong understanding of financial instruments and market dynamics, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and foreign exchange.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) to manipulate and analyze large datasets (advantageous)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
