    Description

    A leader in compressed air systems nationally, our client is an employer of choice within the compressed air system space. Acknowledged for their strong customer service in maintaining compressed air systems within an existing portfolio, coupled with installing into major new projects, this company is expanding fast both locally and nationally. Due to this growth, a new role has been created to deliver PA and administration functions across various aspects of the business.

    Your working tenure will be temp to perm from Monday to Friday at 8AM to 4PM at Ravenhall facility.

    Your duties will include the following but not limited to:

    • Liaising with suppliers, clients and contractors to facilitate efficient & timely communication
    • Handling accounts receivable with more of a weighted focus on accounts payable.
    • Ensuring accuracy of records and project timelines reporting to the director.
    • Creation of internal & external correspondence including project updates and company announcements working closely with the director.
    • Coordinating client meeting schedules and assisting with managing the director and their work / meeting schedules.
    • Day to day processing of invoices
    • General administrative functions as required.

    To be successful in this role you MUST have:

    • Accounts receivable experience as the majority focus of this task will be accounts payable
    • Have solid admin and communication skills - using Xero, Word and Service Mate will be an advantage.
    • Be a talented and efficient administrative professional with relevant experience in a dual accounts / admin role functions & EA roles.
    • This is a fast paced environment, if you like variety in your work you with thrive in this business.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues. You must have the ability to change communication style depending on your audience.
    • A critical eye for detail and expert time management skills
    • The desire to be a key member of a growing and fast paced environment
