We are on the hunt for a professional and energetic Team Assistant to join our client, a trusted and respected insurance and risk advisory firm.

The Role
Due to growth and demand this newly created role offers a fabulous opportunity to progress your career. We are looking for an experienced Team Assistant or Administrator who will work closely with the EA-CEO to provide varied administrative and executive support including, office and compliance administration, support for board meetings and much more

Responsibilities

Coordinate industry events, internal and external
Travel and accommodation
Assist in drafting correspondence and documentation
Collate, format, and distribute reports and board papers
Administer regulatory and governance matters
Maintain the training register
Reconciliation of credit cards
Manage office supplies and maintenance
Various ad hoc office support to the wider business

Skills and Experience

This is a varied and interesting Team Assistant role that is a springboard for someone interested in progressing their career.

We're looking for a bright, energetic Team Assistant or Administrator with excellent communication skills, outstanding attention to detail and a pro-active, confident, and helpful disposition.

Strong MSOffice skills essential.
