- Human Resources (HR) support each of Comm Bank's business units through various activities such as recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, remuneration benefits, Health, Safety, and Wellbeing, project work, and leadership development and training.
- Reporting to the Chief Mental Health Officer, you will:
- Assist in effectively implementing the Group's psychosocial safety strategy as part of the health, safety, and wellbeing strategy across all business units.
- Develop and implement systems and processes to enhance the Group's approach to reducing harm from psychosocial risks and enhancing psychosocial safety.
- Perform strategic analysis, research, and case studies to enhance the program and outcomes using data-driven insights.
- Engage and collaborate with managers and business unit stakeholders to drive enhancements in mental health and psychosocial safety performance and results.
- Offer professional, best practice advice and solutions to enhance our psychological risk profile and promote the mental health of our employees.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies and solutions customized to the psychosocial risks of each team and business unit.
- Work in collaboration with other departments of the broader HS&W Team to ensure the seamless integration of our psychosocial safety approach within our health and safety management system.
- Build professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake additional tasks assigned by your Manager that are within your capability and expertise.
- Travel may be necessary on occasion as part of this role.
- Current AHPRA registration as a psychologist, preferably with Organisational Psychology qualifications.
- Experience in psychosocial safety and risk management in a corporate environment.
- Prior experience in a health and safety (or related) role.
- Strong knowledge of legislation related to psychosocial risk.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- An agile mindset to juggle competing priorities and work streams.
- A proactive nature to identify opportunities for collaboration and drive continuous improvement within the business.
