Are you a driven Leading Hand Carpenter seeking a chance to excel? Look no further With projects located in Werribee, my client presents an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about construction and experienced in townhouse developments to elevate their career.

ROLE:

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager, Supervisor, or Leading Hand to join our Medium Density team, you will be given a true opportunity for learn and grow. As a Site Manager, you'll oversee the construction of townhouses, ensuring they meet high-quality workmanship standards and comply with the National Construction Code.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct daily site inspections
Maintain meticulous paperwork standards
Coordinate on-site meetings
Provide comprehensive reports on job progress, costs, and future programs
Cultivate strong relationships with trades and suppliers
Identify and address inefficiencies
Uphold stringent construction quality standards
Explore opportunities for waste reduction and error minimisation
Champion and enforce safety protocols
Foster a culture of excellence and quality control among the trade base

SKILLS:

A passion for the building industry
Diploma in Building and Construction or equivalent
Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft suite and other relevant programs
Ability to interpret building plans, engineering reports and specifications
A solid trade base and the ability to nurture professional relationships
Tenacity in meeting targets and managing deadlines
Exceptional listening skills
