About the Location

It offers a range of transport options including a train station just 750m from Ingenia Federation Werribee's entrance making it easy to get out and explore the local area.

About the Role

  • Seeking a parttime Receptionist/Guest Experience Officer to join our Federation Werribee Village.

Key Accountabilities

  • Managing reception and front of house
  • Take payments when necessary.
  • Assist guests & residents with all questions and reasonable requests.
  • Greet residents and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Register any issues in terms of cleaning, maintenance, office, common areas etc.
  • Conduct site tours, if necessary, with prospective residents
  • Use of computer programme and MS Office to maintain databases in relation to guests and residents.
  • Attend to general receptionist duties including filing.
  • Any other duties as assigned by management.
  • Ensure the site remains clean and tidy.
  • Lock up facilities including but not limited to office, units, common areas and gates.
  • Attend to matters including but not limited to noise complaints, maintenance requests, repairs to public area facilities, etc.
  • Carry out routine walk around, and perimeter checks to ensure all residents are abiding by site rules.
  • Actively foster and support a positive working relationship with all team members, always following correct reporting lines.
  • Show absolute care and empathy towards the needs of our customers, communicate with genuine care and engage in positive relationships while maintaining professional conduct.

About You

  • Previous reception and administration experience is essential
  • Previous Strong computer literacy skills
  • Planning and organizational abilities
  • Confident in decision making and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Proactive team player.
  • Wellpresented, confident, and proficient at dealing with people.
