Permanent, full-time and Werribee based

Band 6 salary of $95,020.64 plus super and a fortnightly RDO

A bit about the role

You'll be out and about in this role, visiting construction sites across our rapidly growing subdivisions, ensuring that Wyndham are delivering quality infrastructure to our community.

Supported by Wyndam's flexible, mobile working tools and environment, you will work autonomously utilising your extensive construction or civil engineering experience to liaise and negotiate with project managers and construction workers on site.

What you will deliver

Conduct pre booked site inspections
Perform ad hoc surveillance at various construction sites
Be confident to work autonomously away from the office

What you will bring

Extensive construction or civil engineering experience
Civil Engineering, Municipal Works Supervisor qualifications or equivalent
Highly tuned negotiation skills
Emotionally intelligent communication style
A continuous improvement mindset with a positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
