ABOUT THE ROLE:

Werribee Mercy is a public hospital providing comprehensive care to the growing community in the West. You will be the first to join our newly created Project Team to facilitate a much needed capital infrastructure project to build a new Emergency Department for completion in 2025/2
Based at our Werribee Hospital site with remote working opportunities
Fixed term threeyear fulltime contract
Provide efficient, timely and confidential support to the new Project Team.
Maintain effective and appropriate lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders
Initiate and maintain accurate project and workflow documentation

ABOUT YOU:

Ability to problem solve, pivot and retain a cando approach
Proven administrative experience, preferably in a projectbased environment
Demonstrated organisational and peoplecentric skills
Qualification in business administration or equivalent preferred but not essential
