ABOUT THE ROLE:


  • Werribee Mercy is a public hospital providing comprehensive care to the growing community in the West. You will be the first to join our newly created Project Team to facilitate a much needed capital infrastructure project to build a new Emergency Department for completion in 2025/2
  • Based at our Werribee Hospital site with remote working opportunities
  • Fixed term threeyear fulltime contract
  • Provide efficient, timely and confidential support to the new Project Team.
  • Maintain effective and appropriate lines of communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Initiate and maintain accurate project and workflow documentation

ABOUT YOU:


  • Ability to problem solve, pivot and retain a cando approach
  • Proven administrative experience, preferably in a projectbased environment
  • Demonstrated organisational and peoplecentric skills
  • Qualification in business administration or equivalent preferred but not essential
