- Operationally support 3-4 Client Accounts to drive an account operating rhythm for each account, including regular account team meetings, providing agenda, support materials to supplement standard reports, and drive actions arising from meetings.
- Coordinate and support account planning objectives for each client account working together with the offshore team, with the creation and maintenance of relationship maps and client organisation charts; collate relevant analysis and performance reporting and identify areas of concern, including data collection and preparing for client specific reports
- Coordinate with marketing teams of client events; Identify and distribute relevant firm thought leadership to the clients; and executing on marketing activities and campaigns associated with growing relationships and maximising PwC's potential to maintain and win business across the account
- Leverage One Firm Alliances and connect with the marketing team to identify opportunities and connections through events, thought leadership and go to market campaigns.
- You have 5+ yrs experience in Account Management
- You have Project management skills and experience in fast moving environments
- You have demonstrated sound organisational, planning and project administration skills.
- You have the ability to confidently communicate and deal with partners, directors, staff and clients at all levels.
- You have the ability to manage multiple stakeholders whilst maintaining a One Firm approach with decision making.
- You have exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines concurrently

Our Account Management team supports the iconic account Client Lead Partners (CLPs) to grow revenue, build client relationships and support the broader account team. This is also to support the account teams to grow by bringing best practice account cadence operations and reporting. We provide teams with best practices to deliver an exceptional experience to our most important clients, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We're looking for a Priority Account Manager to manage the monitoring and reporting of opportunity pipeline, financial results, gathering, sharing and actioning of client feedback, and contract management within our vast community of solvers.
Use the know-how you've gained in Account Management. With new problems to solve, you'll have plenty of support and opportunities to grow. We work from anywhere, so your strong communication skills and team ethos will get a workout. You'll learn plenty as you coordinate and manage the account relationship plan and work with the CLPs and senior account leads to ensure networks and connections continue to grow and expand in a workplace that's human-led and tech-enabled.
As an expert in account and project management, you'll solve problems by using firm wide sources (including Salesforce and iPower) to monitor account performance, margin and forecasts; and identify opportunities for alternative pricing structures to improve delivery efficiency.In our Account Management team, you'll also:
