    The Opportunity:

    We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing internal and external relationships, coordinating test reports, ensuring compliance, and providing essential administrative support to our Technical Services and Operations teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate test reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • File hard copy and digital test reports in customer project files and directories.
  • Maintain concrete and aggregates compliance data on shared drives.
  • Raise orders for testing and update the test request register for external customer testing.
  • Upload compliance reports to the company's Intranet.
  • Maintain customer and internal ITP compliance checklists.
  • Source, collate, and email test reports upon request.
  • Assist in retrieving and collating sales data and test reports for various projects.
  • Help with mix design registration and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve the accuracy of testing reports.
  • Provide administrative support to the National Technical Services and Operations teams.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • About you:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in using tools such as SAP, Command, and Qestlab is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and environmental (SHE) management systems.
  • Compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Candidates must hold valid Australian work rights with no restrictions on employment duration or hours.
