About the Role
Are you seeking a part-time administration role in a supportive work environment? If you have experience in administration, we would like to hear from you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with administrative expertise who values work-life balance.
Join our team and provide general administration and operational support to our two directors in the Legal and Risk portfolio.
Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be part of the Legal and Risk administration team, collaborating closely with other Legal and Risk support representatives and mastering core administrative processes.
This is an opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic team, providing interaction with various stakeholders across the University.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the schedule of the directors of IGS and RACS as required
- Assist in coordinating team events such as meetings, volunteering days, morning teas and social activities within the team
- Prepare reports and documentation on behalf of the Directors
- Ensure the portfolio's systems are working at a productive standard
- Assist with other adhoc administration tasks (filing, invoicing etc.)
Who we are looking for
We're seeking an individual who exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
You're a team player who can also work autonomously, paying meticulous attention to detail.You will also have:
- Previous experience working in administration support
- Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service
- To ensure the University continues to provide a safe environment for everyone, this position requires the incumbent to hold a current and valid Working with Children Check._
This role requires current valid work rights for Australia.
