    Finance Administration Assistant - Sydney, Australia - OSOS Alliance

    Description
    OSOS Alliance are currently seeking a Finance Administration Assistant to provide general administrative and clerical support to the finance department. This role is responsible for maintaining financial records, processing accounts payable/receivable transactions, and assisting with other finance-related duties.
    Immediate start
    • Answer phones and manage core mailbox
    • Assist with weekly payroll validation
    • Maintain high-volume inbox, handle pay queries
    • Act as first point of contact for employee queries
    • Resolve payment errors and prevent recurrences
    • Process overpayments, send HR letters, archive
    • Validate employee contract changes
    • Follow up on terminations/new hires for accurate pay
    • Assist with time/attendance system implementation
    • Reconcile leave requests and medical certificates
    • General MS Office skills
    • Computer literate (training provided)
    • Exceptional customer service focus
    • High attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to learn quickly
