    With a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects, they are known for their commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

    As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking a Projects and Workshop Supervisor to join their team.
    The OpportunityThe Workshop Supervisor will coordinate site projects and shutdowns.
    They will supervise and manage the day to day running of the Fabrication & Maintenance Workshop.
    With experience in supervising structural, mechanical disciplines on various sites and projects including fixed plant installations, port infrastructure.

    The candidate must have leadership skills to lead a diverse project team and capable of driving compliance to HSE, Quality and schedule.

    About YouSupervising experienceTrade qualified in a Fabrication tradeSteel fabrication experienceComputer Literacy Essential and Basic Drafting skills advantageousSolid knowledge of metal fabrication parts and melded parts of different materialsExcellent organisational and time management skills with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the businessImprove workshop profitability.
