Austcorp Executive are partnering with a Western Australian owned company who specialize in the build and maintenance of electric motors.


Off the back of a successful year this company is looking to bring on board a
Workshop Supervisor to lead a team of workshop personnel.

The key duties of the
Workshop Supervisor will be but not limited to:

  • Manage the delivery of workshop projects from start to completion, including maintenance and new build of electrical motors
  • Ensure all safety standards and protocols and maintained and workshop documentation is recorded.
  • Oversee the quality assurance and control of the workshop tasks.
  • Mentor apprentices and workshop staff.
  • Confidently delegate tasks between the workshop team to ensure speed of completion.

A little bit about you:

  • Experience in a Workshop Supervisory role (Leading Hand, Workshop Supervisor, Workshop Manager).
  • Excellent personal communication, interaction and motivation skills.
  • Hold an Australian recognized trade qualification (Electrical Fitter, Electro-Mechanical, Mechanical Fitting highly regarded).
  • RELOCATION OFFERED FROM OUT OF STATE FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE
