Reporting to the Area Manager - Rebuilds Execution, the
Workshop Supervisor will manage and provide strong leadership to a team of trades people.

This position will be accountable for managing machine delivery times frames, effective financial controls on work orders, ensuring compliance and driving safety.

The position will be based at our Welshpool facility working 10.5 hour days on a 5/2 roster. This is a full time permanent position. Sick leave/Annual leave/Personal leave etc. included.

Key Responsibilities:

HD Mechanical or Auto Electrician Trade Qualification with previous Caterpillar experience being advantageous
Demonstrated experience in a Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management
Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage fluctuating workloads and prioritise accordingly.
Proven experience in delivery workorders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management
Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac's SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
