About the Position:

***To support our ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to join our Bayswater Technical Services department. Supporting the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of works in line with the department schedules and client deliveries. This is a full-time permanent role, based in Bayswater, WA.

Duties include:

Uphold industry safety standards whilst maintaining a positive, and enthusiastic workplace culture
Organise workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Manage job costings and efficiencies
Review and approve all workshop reports
Manage internal scheduling tools and Pronto requirements
Review and manage consumable costs
Technical support and training of workshop employees including apprentices
Participate in internal meetings for works scheduling and client WIP meetings
Manage toolbox and prestarts meetings

Requirements:

To be successful in this position you must have/be:

Minimum of 5 years previous experience in leadership roles
Trade Certificate (Mechanical) with significant post trade experience
Cert IV in leadership & Management would be highly advantageous
Excellent communication skills written & verbal
Strong commitment to health and safety
Conveyor and fixed plant experience highly desirable
C class driver license
