About the role:

Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, the

Workshop Supervisor is responsible for leading the team by providing guidance to team members and ensuring safety, quality and efficiency are of the highest standard resulting in high customer satisfaction.

The role is accountable for effective work order management, ensuring high compliance to plan to achieve WesTrac's targets of productivity and compliance to Caterpillar and Customer requirements.


About you:


  • HD Mechanical or Auto Electrician Trade Qualification with previous Caterpillar experience being advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in a Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management.
  • Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload.
