Workshop Supervisor, who is Driven, Focused, Accountable & Dedicated.
- Armadale/Kelmscott area
- Monday
- Friday
- TemptoPerm
The role will predominantly involve supervising a small team of 6-10 Technicians/Trade Assistants/Skilled Labourers, in the stripping, assessing, repairing & assembling of Heat Exchangers.
Other duties include:
- Organising workloads
- Prioritising schedules
- Achieving outcomes
- Reporting back to Senior Management
- Positive and driven personality
- Mechanical/Engineering Trade Qualification is desirable, but not essential
Remuneration for this position will initially start on an hourly rate before switching to a salaried position once our Client is happy to bring you onboard full-time.
