About the role


We are looking for a result driven, positive thinker with a passion for people and a proven record of delivering excellence.

This is your opportunity to be key part of the commercial team where 100% of the profits will go directly to the animals in need.

Your role will support the administration and processes that manage the growth at the revenue line, maximising margins in order to have the biggest impact to animal welfare.


  • Assist in the development and implementation of policies, processes, and procedures
  • Drive general administration, coordinate meetings, timesheet approval, business reports, tenders, marketing content, communications
  • Support in planning and coordinating Commercial Enterprise marketing activities
  • Support in monitoring performance against agreed targets
  • Review and communicate KPI's as directed by the line manager
  • Coordinate and assist with recruitment for the department
  • Provide support with training and development of staff and volunteers
  • Contribute to execution of enterprise engagement action plans to foster a culture of learning
  • Role model and promote RSPCA QLD vision, values, and drive behaviours to foster inclusive and high performing culture.

Who are we looking for?

  • Experience in a coordination or administrative support position
  • Excellent customers service, stakeholder relationships and teamwork
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Uses initiative and creativity in driving awareness and adherence to all RSPCA policies, procedures, and activities
  • Ability to plan, prioritise and organise daily work schedules
  • Willingness to lean into change and an ability to implement change
  • Problem solving: ability to respond to situations promptly with a solutions focused lens
  • Learning oriented, we want you to grow with us, a keen drive to further advance professional and personal development
  • Genuine interest in animal welfare and the objectives of RSPCA.
This is a full-time position based at the RSPCA Wacol Animal Care Campus, working Monday to Friday. Some travel may be involved, and the opportunity to be involved with our events/occasions. Remuneration is commensurate with qualifications, experience and skills.
