    Customer Success Manager- Procurement About the role: The Procurement Systems division of Ready Tech is a leading provider of enterprise contract management and procurement software, dedicated to transforming how businesses manage their contracts and procurement processes.

    We are seeking anexperienced customer-centric focused Customer Success Manager to help serviceour growing premium customer base in Australia.
    Experience in enterprisesoftware applications and strategic account management with a proven trackrecord in customer success and growth is essential.

    You will get to:

    Learn and articulate valueproposition Research customer accounts, identifying keystakeholders, and generating interest Manage the complete customer success cycle Adopt and deploy Ready Tech's'Client Engagement Framework' to build customer references and generateincremental revenue through upsell opportunities Use Ready Tech's CRM effectively to maintain customer contacts, meetingnotes & actions, build pipeline and enter/maintain customer deals to provideregular pipeline/sales forecasts Attend and facilitateevents- conferences, seminars andother marketing events promoting Ready Tech's software to customers Leverage Ready Techmarketing initiatives- e.g.

    promote customerinvolvement in Ready Tech conferences, sharing Ready Tech posts on social media,promoting product webinars to customers, ensure customer contact database is upto date to maximise effectiveness of customer focused EDM campaigns High quality proposals- ensure your customer quotes / proposals meet ourquality standards and details are cross checked and approved to ensure accuracyof representation Achieve customer success KPIs- e.g.

    low churn rate,solution adoption / value measures, customer satisfaction ratings, upselltarget More about you: Proventrack record of customer success / account management and being able to upsellnew products and services – we want to you achieve, if not exceed your Customersuccess KPI's and associated On-Target-Earnings Strongcustomer service / customer success orientation and commitment to outstanding Customer service with high integrity Ambitiousand motivated self-starter, driven and motivated by customer success Provenability to quickly learn new concepts, technology and approaches Demonstratableapplication of strategic and/or consultative customer service experience in anenterprise applications software environment Strongphone presence and experience in customer communication Abilityto develop strong working relationships and influence with key stakeholders anddecisions makers within customer organisations Strongverbal and written communication skills Abilityto author 'winning' and well-structured high-quality proposals based on a clearunderstanding of customer requirements and challenges Effectivenegotiation skills – establishing value and being able to negotiate win/winscenarios Abilityto run multiple customer success plans and campaigns concurrently Effective prioritisation skills and initiative Experience facilitatingpresentations / demonstrations in selling the value of enterprise softwareapplications Why you should become a
