    About the Team:

    Join our Global Business Solutions (GBS) team at Tik Tok, where we drive revenue through advertising solutions, client onboarding, and innovative ad campaigns. As the Head of Agency Sales, you will lead a team of high-performing individuals, develop client strategies, and advocate for our agency partners both internally and externally.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop strategies to meet revenue targets and foster team growth
    • Create sales narratives that cater to agency needs
    • Utilize product knowledge to enhance revenue opportunities
    • Adopt a customer-first approach in all interactions
    • Provide mentorship and thought leadership to your team
    • Stay informed about market trends and customer opportunities
    • Ensure top-notch customer service for agency partners
    • Lead and manage a team of contributors

    Qualifications:

    Minimum Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in marketing, media sales, and online advertising
    2. Demonstrated success in leading high-performance teams
    3. Expertise in social media and digital marketing
    4. Strong communication and presentation skills
    5. Passion for Tik Tok and marketing innovation
    6. Advanced proficiency in English

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Understanding of media platform negotiations and agency relationships
    2. Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
    3. Proficiency in data analysis
