Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading performance marketing agency based in Melbourne. They are a young, hungry, and passionate team who strive to achieve the best results possible, and are now on the lookout for someone with experience in Marketing and Sales.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to schedule appointments for the sales team.

You will use your excellent communication and relationship-building skills to identify and nurture leads, and to persuade potential clients to meet with sales representatives about the agency's service offerings.

Whats in it for you?
- $70,000 - $80,000 + Commission

Full support working closely with a Director

What do you

do?

Outreach to warm/cold leads
Dive into the brand's current position and aspirations whilst having a deep comprehension on services and how they would best suit potential clients
Identify pain points quickly and consult clients with innovative solutions to problems
Keep yourself informed around the agencies services and innovations within performance marketing
General admin / CRM management

What do you need?

Selfmotivation, confidence, energy and creative ability
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of internal and external parties
Proven sales success be a top producer
Experience in digital marketing or advertising sales is a major plus but not essential
