About the role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major clients and offer them a strategic growth plan
- Work towards and achieve KPI's around sales, market share, distribution, volume and profitability of accounts
- Maintain relationships with regular appointments to mutually discuss account sales performance, sales and promotional activity, providing an informative business update including data analysis, category insights and recommendations for sales increase
- Monitor sales performance weekly / monthly / quarterly providing business updates, data analysis, insights and recommendations back to our brands
About You:
- 2+ years experience in key account management where you have succesfully achieved KPIs
- Strong commercial acumen and sales negotiation experience
- Ideally you will have an understanding of the pharmacy channel, retail and banner group hierarchy and knowledge of wholesaler / distributor channels
- Interest and passion for health/wellness/beauty/pharmaceuticals
- Tech savvy and strong admin skills
