- Responsible for the delivery of customer and property services to a client's commercial portfolio
- Proactively develop and manage the relationship with the occupier and client to ensure service delivery expectations are exceeded to facilitate works
- Managing operational and FM requirements for both the opening and closure of sites across their portfolio
- Ensure compliance with regulations / requirements of client contract and all facilities procedures
- Proactively manage vendors to ensure contractual objectives are met and risk is minimised
- Incident management and emergency works oversight
- Contribute to the effective and efficient operation of the portfolio and share continuous improvement initiatives
- Actively encourage an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence
- Proven experience working in corporate real estate/facilities, qualifications are desirable but not mandatory
- Facilities Management experience in a commercial setting is highly desirable
- Experience with Office Relocations, Defects Management and Contract Amendments and Management would be highly desirable.
- Understanding of commercial critical environment management requirements
- Vendor management experience for specialised services
- Confident communicator with stakeholder engagement skills
- An understanding that Facilities management services involves the provision of both reactive maintenance and routine maintenance across the allocated portfolio with 24-hour call out / contact requirement
