Your Opportunity
You will act as the Facilities Manager across all maintenance and presentation of the asset.

Working alongside an operational team who will support you in the day-to-day management of the centre, you will be responsible for the account management for external contractors, working with internal stakeholders and construction teams to manage any upcoming or ongoing developments and fit-outs.

You will also be working closely with a team of Facilities Coordinators, and an Assistant Facilities Manager.


Your Key Responsibilities will include:


  • Deliver the Facilities Plan and influence other strategic and asset planning initiatives for the site
  • Develop a detailed asset life plan for the centre, including capital requirements.
  • Review and ensure all service providers deliver outcomes and work practices are in line with service agreements.
  • Lead all asset maintenance and repairs to ensure the best practicable, cost effective and timely solution is achieved and communicated.
  • Management of the identification and delivery of all maintenance and compliance tasks
  • Regular forecasting, budgeting and review of all income and expense lines related to the Facilities teams
  • Manage and support the facilities maintenance team, and act as the point of contact for any escalations related to facilities tasks.

Your Skillsets and Attributes:

***- Someone with a positive attitude to develop and build strong rapport and relationships

  • An existing knowledge of the retail facilities services field or existing career experience in a large, comparable asset.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, selfpresentation and problemsolving skills.
  • Someone who has great initiative and can work autonomously around the site to get things done
  • Good IT skills and experience with CMMS systems ideal.
