About The Role

We are seeking
Expressions of Interest for a
Facility Manager based in the
Little River region for a permanent full-time opportunity starting around May 2023.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, The Facility Manager will manage and oversee monthly and day-to-day scheduling and delivery of planned work, and co-ordination of corrective works throughout site, utilising both internal workforce and external sub-contractors to provide quality outcomes that satisfy all performance measures.

As the Facility Manager, your other responsibilities will include;

Monthly and daytoday scheduling, allocation and delivery of site based planned work and inspect & report regimes satisfying all site KPI's
Coordination of corrective works throughout site, utilising both internal workforce and external subcontractors meeting all site KPI's
Ensuring all works are delivered in a manner that is efficient, compliant, and doesn't introduce risk, or disrupt the site operations
Conduct quality inspection reporting in accordance with prescribed intervals and ensure that appropriate measures are in place to manage work outcomes
Developing asset replacement business cases
Management, initiation, scoping, execution and delivery of individual sitebased CAPEX, Asset Refurbishment-Lifecycle/Project Works and handover documentation across nominated precinct sites
Provide timely and accurate management reporting that satisfies timelines for both reports and internal trade timesheets
Leading an onsite maintenance team that provide professional services

About You:

You will have experience working in a similar position, ideally with new sites / builds.

You will also possess:

Experience in facilities management, building and subcontractor supervision
Technical knowledge and familiar with building fabric and associated assets
Demonstrated experience in delivering facility and maintenance services
Capability in developing and maintaining work schedule and management plans
High standards across compliance and driving safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ) in your work
A current unrestricted drivers' licence
Be able to complete a pass a National Police Check and Medical
