- Complete take-offs and prepare tender scope of works
- Prepare RFQ Packages and coordinate site visits with Sub-contractors
- Lead on the preparation of preliminary construction schedules
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the ITP and closed-out to specified requirements
- Identify potential claims (variations/EOT) and prepare for submission to Client
- Prepare subcontract packages and administer to fulfil site requirements
- Cost control, monitoring productivities and forecasting costs to complete
- A degree level qualification in Engineering (Mechanical or Civil)
- Demonstrated previous experience in Engineering, working on construction projects in water infrastructure, Water or Wastewater Treatment Plants (preferred)
- Knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, design and contracts management functions
- A solid performer, with professional acumen and exceptional communication skills
- A strong safety focus and flexibility to operate between numerous projects
