    Job description

    We are partnering with a well known organisation in the health care industry who are embarking on their own digital transformation that will enable their customers to benefit and ultimately help to save lives.

    As part of the transformation there is a requirement for several Architects to drive through the program initiatives . Full job descriptions are available however in a nutshell a summary below of what is ideally required from a high level.

    All four roles:
  • Able to focus quickly creating business value and ensuring stakeholders understand why architecture effort is critical.
  • Able to communicate clearly with Architects, Vendors, IT and Business Stakeholders and Project/Program Managers.
  • Embrace ambiguity with a focus on delivery and getting traction quickly.
  • Program Integration and Solution Architects Quickly establishing easy ways of working to ensure in flight work is aligned and end-to-end integration targets are set and achieved.Ensure all Program activities and outcomes align to both short-term and long term needs above.Comfortably able to work with low organisational architectural maturity and agree clear directions/timelines with the Program Manager and Head of Enterprise Architecture.
  • Project Solution Architects Quickly agree Project architecture goals required with Program Integration and Solution Architects, Program Manager and Head of Enterprise Architecture.Carefully balance focus and effort between project delivery with strategic architecture outcomes.Be highly delivery and business outcome orientated, developing longer term strategies in parallel to delivering key outcomes.
    • Experience with technology tools and frameworks such as TOGAF, Cloud (Azure or AWS), ESB, Mulesoft, REST, SOAP, ETL/ELT would be highly regarded.

    These roles can be offered as a either permanent, 3 year fixed term contract or a daily rate and have various benefits such as not for profit salary sacrifice options and flexible working conditions.
