What you will be doing:

Due to plans for expansion they are seeking an experienced salesperson to join their team.

You will be involved in driving business, face to face, with key decision makers across leading Architectural & Design firms whilst also working with Contractors and End-User stakeholders.

You will be targeting commercial fit out projects across Healthcare, Education, Aged Care,
Retail and Hospitality.


What you Possess:


As a sales professional with exceptional solutions selling ability, you will be able to work with architects, builders, specifiers, and contractors, talk their language and win specifications on projects to assist in the further growth of the business.

You will have the capability to consult with and influence specifiers to use our flooring solutions into their project specifications, and
work with installation contractors while securing discretionary business.

  • Determined and resilient with energy and passion for the role
  • The ability to articulate your success within the building and construction industry
  • Strong pipeline management skills with the ability to balance both short
- and long-term project sales

  • Sound business acumen with a proven ability and mature approach to consultative selling
  • Specification sales experience and strong relationships in the A&D community
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Highly organised, good time management skills and an ability to prioritise effectively

Experience Required:


  • Experience securing specifications through Architects, Designers & End-User stakeholders
  • Understanding the contractor relationship in specification work and their discretionary sales opportunities
  • Ability to work autonomously yet be part of a caring and closeknit team
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to converse at all levels
  • Hunger and drive to achieve sales goals and targets
